Support for Keyboard Grab Control

The 24.10 version of Software Client for Windows introduces support for Keyboard Grab Control in a remote desktop environment. This feature allows you to access the local operating system shortcuts without disrupting your workflow.

Keyboard Grab can be controlled both pre-session and while in session. For more details, consult Keyboard Grab Control.

Improved Wacom and Xencelabs Tablet Responsiveness in High Latency Networks

Version 24.10 introduces improvements to the responsiveness of locally-terminated Wacom tablets and Xencelabs tablets operating in high latency networks. For this purpose, a new parameter has been introduced:

Improve graphics tablet responsiveness on high latency network

This parameter must be set on the host. Enabling it ensures smooth and consistent drawing on graphics tablets, even in high-latency network environments. This results in improved performance even if occasional packet drops are experienced.

Info

To use this parameter, both the Anyware Client and the Anyware Agent must be upgraded to version 24.10.

Legacy High Performance Mode is Now Removed

The High Performance (Legacy) mode has been removed as an option in Anyware Client 24.10.
