Prerequisites

This section lists the prerequisites for installing and using Zoom VDI for HP Anyware.

• On agent machines, any Windows Server version mentioned in the "System Requirements" topic in the Windows agent guides.
• On client machines, any Windows OS version mentioned in the "System Requirements" topic in the Windows client guides.
• Software Agent for Windows 23.12 or later
• Software Client for Windows 23.12 or later
• Zoom VDI Client version 5.16.10 or later
• Zoom Plugin version 5.16.10 or later

Installation Workflow

Step I: Install or upgrade Graphics Agent for Windows to version 23.12 or later.
Step II: Install or upgrade Software Client for Windows to version 23.12 or later.
Step III: Install (or upgrade) the Zoom VDI Client first on agent machines to ensure version compatibility.
Step IV: Install the Zoom Plugin on each client machines that will connect to the agent machine.
