The Software Client for macOS supports Wacom tablets in two configurations: bridged, where peripheral data is sent to the desktop for processing, and locally terminated, where peripheral data is processed locally at the Software Client.

While in session, you can select audio devices that will be forwarded to the agent. If more than one audio device is connected to the client machine, you can select up to two audio output devices, and one audio input device after a PCoIP session has been established.

Sometimes, you might encounter the following issues during smart card logon:

  • When Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, smart cards are not displayed in the Device Manager list on the remote agent

  • When SSO is disabled, smart cards do not appear on locked screens, and therefore, users cannot use them to unlock the screens
