The Graphics Agent for macOS depends on the following system capacities and capabilities:

Hardware Configurations | Supported on Apple Silicon Macs and newer (2017+) models of Intel-based Mac hardware, including:

Display Connectors | Standard cables such as HDMI or USB C. Some adapters, such as the StarLink USB A to DisplayPort adapter, are known to not work. |
Remote Host Memory |

Network Ports | The following ports must be open on the host desktop:
Collaboration sessions require 5 open UDP ports (64172-64176) UDP port 4172 does not need to be opened when using Anyware Manager Enterprise. |
Storage | At least 100MB for installation and 100MB for logging are recommended. |
User | You must create a user account for PCoIP connections. The user name cannot contain spaces, and cannot be the root user account. |
Note: macOS 15 Sequoia Tech Preview
macOS 15 Sequoia is currently in tech preview for Anyware Graphics Agent. Consult the release notes for known issues while running Anyware Agent on macOS 15.
Important: Many factors can impact performance
Actual performance depends on several factors, including available bandwidth, client and host machine capabilities, the number of monitors in use, and workload requirements.
