Setting up a Proof Of Concept Deployment - HP Anyware Software

The following section outlines the steps involved in setting up a proof of concept (POC) Cloud Access Software deployment.

Basic POC only

This information gives a simplistic overview of the components and steps involved in setting up a POC of HP Anyware Software. We recommend reading the relevant documentation to understand the different system requirements and pre-requisites that are applicable to your deployment environment and scenario. For information on the latest HP Anyware Software components, see the HP Anyware Documentation.

  1. Procure a compatible host. For information on host availability with Anyware Agents, see "Compatible Host Instance Types" in the "System Requirements" topic of the agent guide of your interest:

  1. Download and install a Anyware Agent and Anyware Client Software. For information on downloading these components, see here.

  2. License your host. For information , see Licensing.

  3. Establish a PCoIP connection.

  4. Once you have these components installed and connected you can look at optimizing your performance. For information on optimizing your session performance, see the Session Planning Guide.

  5. You can expand your deployment by using a connection manager. For information on Connection Manager and Security Gateway, see Connection Manager and Security Gateway.
