Why does my USB memory stick heat up when connected to a PCoIP Zero Client?

Answer:

When a USB memory stick is plugged into a PCoIP Zero Client it can warm up during normal operation.  As the zero client chassis warms up, the USB memory stick also heats up due to the metal connections (both signals and shielding). This is influenced to some degree by the ambient temperature of the customer's work environment.

Note: this is similar to USB sticks heating up when connected to a other devices with metal chassis as the chassis/case conducts heat to the USB stick.
