Answer:

Due to display changes after PCoIP Remote Workstation Card Firmware 4.2, you need to disable monitor emulation on all nonactive ports on the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card.

Note: Dual port PCoIP Remote Workstation Cards support a maximum of one 2560x1600 display, quad port PCoIP Remote Workstation Cards support a maximum of two 2560x1600 displays.

On PCoIP Remote Workstation Card firmware 4.5.1 and later, monitor emulation sends a signal to all host card ports even if there is no cable connected. This causes the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card to revert to all display ports with a maximum resolution or 1920x1200.

To disable Monitor Emulation: PCoIP Remote Workstation Card AWI -> Configuration -> Monitor Emulation -> uncheck the nonactive ports (usually 3 & 4) click Apply -> Reboot workstation.
