PCoIP Management Console Release 2020.04 is now available

I am very pleased to announce the release of Management Console 2020.04 offering the following updates:

• Support for Export and Import of Profiles
  • Users can export a profile, make edits (if needed), and import the profile to the original or another Management Console
  • Supports rapid deployment of new sites with zero clients
• Active Directory group query
  • A string can be provided for more refined control of user access
• RPM installation does not change system firewall settings, which was identified as a security concern
  • System administrators need to configure their firewall as per their organization's security needs
• Users have the option to exclude log files when creating database backups (as log files can get pretty large)
• When performing database restore, backup, or upload, warning messages are displayed when there is not enough disk space for improved usability

End of Support Notifications

Teradici Product Lifecycle Policy is to support the current and one prior release (N and N-1) of each product.

With this release, Management Console 2019.11 has reached End of Support, see Management Console Product Lifecycle page.

Customers are encouraged to upgrade to Management Console 2020.04 (General Support) or 2020.01 (Technical Guidance).

Also note that Management Console 1.10.8 has reached End of Support. Customers are encouraged to follow the “Migrating from PCoIP Management Console 1” process outlined in the Management Console Admin Guide.
