How do I change the image quality properties of a PCoIP Remote Workstation Card?
Review the below table to understand where to change the image quality properties in a remote workstation environment. This information applies to sessions between PCoIP Zero Clients and a PCoIP Remote Workstation Card (i.e. host card). If you are using a software version of PCoIP, adjust the image quality properties using the GPO settings instead - see What are PCoIP session variables for HP Anyware in Windows OS?

the "Use Client Image Settings" option is enabled on the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card (the default) | access the Administrative Web Interface (AWI) of the PCoIP Zero Client, click the Configuration tab, and select Image. The PCoIP Zero Client will push the image quality properties to the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card. |
the "Use Client Image Settings" option is disabled on the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card | access the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card's AWI, click the Configuration tab, and select Image. |
For more information on these settings, review the PCoIP Remote Workstation Administration Guide (see the "GUI Reference > Configuring Image Quality" section).
For most situations, it's recommended to use 40 for Minimum Image Quality and 90 for Maximum Initial Image Quality (which are the defaults). We also recommend that you experiment with these settings to suit your applications and network environment.
