To identify the VMware SVGA driver version that your current virtual machine is using perform the following steps.

  1. Log in to your VM.
  2. Left click the start button.
  3. Right click Computer.
  4. Left click Manage.
  5. Left click Device Manager.
  6. Expand Display adapters.
  7. Right click the VMware SVGA 3D driver.
  8. Click Properties.
  9. Select the Driver tab and view the Driver Version:

This can help you ensure your using the correct SVGA version for your View environment.
