Answer:

Connecting a Tera2 PCoIP? zero client to a VMware Horizon View 4.x environment is unsupported and has not been tested at HP Anyware. When connecting Tera2 PCoIP? zero clients to VMware Horizon View virtual desktops, Horizon View 5.x or newer is required.
