Knowledge Base Article Troubleshooting Display HP Anyware

Multi display deployment using vGPU with NVIDIA will show a blank/black screen display when displays are rotated.
The key is it will happen in a multi display (extended display) deployment if connecting to a Windows 10 2004 VM.
This is due to NVIDIA has deprecated the desktop capture API NVIDIA Frame Buffer Capture (NvFBC).

To fix follow the recommendation from NVIDIA:
NVFBC Windows 10 Support Deprecated

This is not a HP Anyware (PCoIP) issue. Please reach out to NVIDIA or follow VMware workaround.
